Thus, those areas are detected which are constantly affected by an increased lightning activity. The reliable numerical data helps in planning and developing loss prevention measures.

On your request, Lightning Statistics presents the detected lightnings as spreadsheet or chart. Months and years as well as postal code areas, administrative districts and borders are monitored at a square kilometre.
