It is based on the data of the nearest representative weather station of Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD) and on the data of LINET, the lightning detection system of nowcast. Postal Code – Weather Information is a quick analysis for minor and accumulated losses and provides initial information of weather events in the requested postal code area in Germany for up to three days.
